3. Course Access Issues

If you have successfully purchased a course but cannot access it, please contact our support team with:

  • Registered email address
  • Name of the purchased course
  • Screenshot of the issue, if applicable

Our team will investigate the issue and provide access or another appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same course, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded.

6. Free / Promotional Courses

Free courses, promotional access, bonus materials, or other complimentary content are not eligible for refunds or monetary compensation.
